1. Review of action items
    A001. Eric to work with Doug for porting generic timezone formatting code to ICU4C

    A008: Eric & Steven to work on binary files and report back

    A010: Everyone to help test the new server once Steven sends out the instructions.

    A014: George to fix the links on the navigation bar. Steven to propagate the fixes to all websites.

    A016: Delay release of 3.6 d01 by a week. Release 3.4.5 on 1st Sept. Document clearly that 3.4.5 is not identical to 3.6
    A017: Ram to check LDML2ICUConverter and respond to Deborah
    A018: Ram to submit a bug to review all internal API early in 3.8 cycle.
    
2. ICU 3.6 Status
    George: Code base is frozen and ready to go. Barring catastrophic incidents nothing will change.
    Deborah: Where is the list of big ticket items that are in 3.6
    George: On the download page
    
3. ICU4J 3.6 & 3.4.5
    Ram: 3.4.5 & 3.6 d01 will be released on Sept 1st
    Mark: to many releases will confuse users
    
    Decision: see A016

4. UText Pending changes
    Markus: happy with the changes and we are good to go

5. Flexible Date Time format data
    Deborah: Has the LDML2ICUConverter been updated to generate the data from CLDR?
    Ram: I belive it is, but need to check the code.

6. Proliferation of interal APIs
    Doug: expressed concern about increasing number internal APIs in ICU4J
    
    Decision: see A018

7. Meeting at Google
    Mark: should meet at Google on the 13th of September.
