1. Review of action items
    A001. Eric to work with Doug for porting generic timezone formatting code to ICU4C

2.  ICU 3.6 status
    ICU4C:
    George: presented the current status of ICU4C
            + on schedule
            + d02 released on 8/15/2006
            + U_MAX_POINTER still fails on Solaris 10
            + Mainframe still has build issues
    
    ICU4J:
    Ram:
        + 3.6 On schedule
        + 3.4.5 ready for release
        
3. CVS and Subversion
    Steven: CVS server will be moving to new virtual server this weekend
            + Please do not check in code after 5:00 PM (PST) 2006-08-18
            + Transition problems are minimimal. On DNS resolution changed.

4. Flexible Date Time formatting: Status
    Mark: Code will be ready by API freeze.
        + Will use Java ResourceBundle for now.

5. UTC meeting report
    Mark:
        + Japanese half width voicing marks break behavior change approved
        + SP was changed for sentence break
        + Collation had changes bull have to wait for UCA update.
        + Security TRs have been updated. May need to be supported by ICU
    Andy:
        + Japanese word behavior in ICU updated.
        
6. CLDR maintenance release
    Mark: Google needs a new release when identifiers change.
    Ram: IBM needs a new release when language/country codes are changed/updated
    Mark: From ICU standpoint we need to figure out when we want the release
    
7. 3.8 Planning
    Mark: We should collect priorities from all PMC member companies and come up with a list for  3.8
