2. CLDR Bug# 1123
    Mark: ICU should filter the errornous symbols out

3. UEnumeration and UErrorCode status
    George: What is the status of fixing all instances of UEnumeration?

4. BRS tasklist sign up
    Markus: Google spreadsheet could be used instead of html
    Mark: Convert the html spreadsheet so that excel can read it
    Markus: I can work on binary data test and header test
    Doug & Mark: to work on Integrity tools and API Change Report for ICU4J
    Ram: work on @draft tags for ICU4J
    Vladimir: Sanity check release files
    Eric: The binary data files are different on different platforms

5. ICU4J 3.4.4.2 Release tag
    Yoshito: 3.4.4.1 is used by Eclipse and should be tagged. 3.4.4.2 is not used by any product so should not be tagged.

6.Timezone API bug
    Yoshito: setRawoffset returns NullPointerException for some timezone ids
    Mark: For timezones created from Olson IDs the API should not allow setting of raw offset
    Doug: The timezone spec in Javadocs specifies the behavior. We should adhere to the spec.
    Decision - Investigate and fix based on resources required.

7. Globalization Preferences
    Yoshito: We should change the status of GlobalizationPreferences class to draft from internal
